INSIDE RULES / USEFULL INFORMATIONS
1. The house is strictly non-smoking. You can use the ashtrays available to smoke on the terrace or in the garden.
2. You will find a cooking and maintenance fund at your disposal, do not hesitate to ask us if something is missing.
3. Please do not throw anything into the toilet (pit system with lift pump).
4. For reasons of hygiene and respect of the tenants, our friends the animals that we love very much are not accepted in the house.
5. Our orchard and vegetable garden are for private use, they are not part of the rental. So please do not pick up or pick fruit and vegetables. Located at the bottom of the garden, we reserve the possibility of accessing it. We'll see toghether what time is the best to go there, not to disturb your stay.
6. Thank you to put the cover of the parasol when it is closed, it must not take the rain. A long rod is available next to the veranda to help thread the cover.
7. The cushions of the living room of the up garden are pack away in the garden table chest. The cushions of the deckchairs are in the laundry. Thanks to take them off every night to keep them dry. 2 poufs are hanging beside the house, near the barbecue. Please let it hang after each using.
8. The barbecue is located on the right side of the house when you are on the terrace. It should also be covered in the evening to avoid moisture.
9. Please close the veranda from the inside and leave the key on the lock. To lock, first put the latch in the red position and then turn the key. To open, conversely, turn the key and put the latch in the green position.
10. Parquet floors do not support washing with water. Please use the rectangular broom and floor spray product if needed.
11. Upstairs, a small hand vacuum is available in the hallway closet. Thank you not to go upstairs with the big one.
12. The cleaning fee does not include the cleaning of appliances, such as the oven, fridge and small appliances ... Please clean them as and when they are used and leave them as you found them when arriving. A cleaning supplement will be retained on the deposit in case of non-compliance with this instruction.
13. The instructions for all appliances are located in the bottom drawer of the kitchen, on the left side of the kitchen. Do not hesitate to consult them before operating the appliances.
14. The spices and cutlery drawers are inside the drawers in the under drawer !
15. The car park can accommodate up to 2 cars. The access width is 2m10. For a wider car, it is possible to park 50m further, direction the sea, continuing the street Prad Hervet until the field.
16. The trash cans are sorted; The transparent bag is for recyclable (all plastics even smeared) , black bag is for organic detritus).
