Harbours from TYcha

Due to its history, the region is rich of many typical fisher harbours. Some of these harbours are still active and you can buy fishes directly from the fisher's boat. Finistère's harbours are one of the several charms of the area.

 

Port de Bélon on Moëlan's shore side: Don't miss Sheila's "Planteur", a rum cocktail at "La Cabane" house bar. Overwelming view on the harbour. You can also wait for fisher's boats arrival to buy fresh fishes. (See hours directly on the arrival dock).

ort de Bélon on Riec's shore side: Go for tasting oysters and sea food at "Anne de Bélon" restaurant (at the end of the dock) on the sunny terrace bordering the water. You can also choose Chateaux du Bélon's terrace, creators of the "Plate de Bélon" oyster  specie.

ort de Doëlan Right shore: you can go shopping at "Coopérative maritime", a typical ship chandler. You can have a meal in "Le fond de la cale" a local restaurant. On the evening during summer, don't miss "Oradukai", an ephemeral restaurant on the dock, bordering water. There you can eat fish in a friendly atmosphere.

ort of "Bas Pouldu": bording "La Laïta" river, the frontiers between Finistère et Morbihan departments, you will find there on of the institutionnal restaurant of the region: L'Hotel du Pouldu" Clément Portier's restaurant. Fish and sea food are his specialties.
